Richard A. Jarmel leads the firm’s Engineering Studios as a Principal, providing direction and oversight for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering services. With over three decades of engineering experience, Richard has managed major building systems design and simultaneous engineering rollouts for projects across the United States. His precision and attention to detail have helped save clients time and money, while establishing long-term relationships built on trust and quality.
Richard remains deeply involved in project delivery, supervising field activities, coordinating bidding and negotiations with contractors, and performing contract administration through construction observation. Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel, he worked with a national engineering firm managing major transportation projects and served as Assistant Municipal Engineer for the Township of Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
