Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA is an American architect and real estate developer with deep experience across a broad range of project types, including commercial design (both new buildings and interiors), multifamily housing, early education/childcare centers, and complex development initiatives. He serves as President & CEO of Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc., where he combines design leadership with strategic advisory work for clients and real estate developers.
Matt is recognized as an expert in land entitlement strategies and real estate financing, using his expertise to guide clients through the development process and contribute to the firm’s own project initiatives. He has qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony before municipal planning and zoning boards, redevelopment authorities, and courts on issues related to land planning, design, and development.
