Austin Schneider serves as Managing Director of Business Development and Marketing at Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers. In this role, he leads all marketing, business development, and sales operations for the firm, working to strengthen brand awareness, build new client relationships, and cultivate lasting partnerships.

Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel, Austin spent 13 years in leadership roles with two Fortune 500 companies, where he oversaw branding and sales initiatives, earned multiple sales awards, and contributed to industry publications such as Incentive Magazine. His experience in strategic branding and client engagement equips him to effectively communicate the firm’s value as a single point of accountability across architecture, interior design, and engineering services.
