At Jarmel Kizel, he serves as the senior point of contact for MEP engineering, coordinating design, construction, and system integration on commercial, multifamily, educational, fitness, wellness, and warehouse projects. Lucian is also a dedicated mentor, guiding junior staff for more than 15 years and helping develop the next generation of engineers and project managers.
