Gerard Gesario is a licensed Professional Engineer specializing in civil engineering, land development, and site planning across multifamily, commercial, industrial, and childcare projects. At Jarmel Kizel, he leads civil design, stormwater management, permitting, and entitlements, guiding projects from concept through construction. Known for his hands-on leadership and collaborative approach, Gerard has successfully managed over 100 multifamily developments across nine states and is passionate about mentoring and developing younger engineers.
Beyond the Studio
Outside of work, Gerard has coached high-level basketball and softball for 15 years, traveling nationwide with his teams. He co-founded and ran his own sports organization with seven teams across multiple age groups.
