Hayley Yurowitz

Hayley Yurowitz serves as Marketing Manager at Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, where she leads the firm’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy initiatives. In this role, she oversees corporate marketing efforts, business development support, proposal strategy, digital marketing, social media, events, public relations, and thought leadership, helping strengthen the firm’s visibility and position as a leader in the architecture and engineering industry.

Working closely with the firm’s leadership team, Hayley develops campaigns that support client engagement, drive business development, and reinforce the firms’ capabilities across markets nationwide. She plays an integral role in developing marketing collateral, managing corporate communications, and promoting the firm’s expertise through industry publications, conferences, and digital platforms.

Committed to innovation, Hayley also leads the firm’s AI Committee, helping identify practical applications of artificial intelligence to improve internal workflows and enhance client service. She additionally founded and chairs the firm’s Volunteer Committee. Her background in commercial real estate marketing, combined with her expertise in strategic communications, allows her to bring a creative and results-driven approach to advancing the firm’s growth and brand.
