Mr. Brandies is responsible for implementation of the firms’ growth strategies, creation of new business opportunities, enhancement of existing relationships, and forging alliances with strategic partners. Additionally, Mr. Brandies is responsible for sourcing, managing, and facilitating real estate development and investment opportunities on the firm’s behalf.

To accomplish these goals, Mr. Brandies utilizes his vast network in the New Jersey real estate community, and his land development experience and acumen. Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel, he represented an environmental and engineering consulting group, in a similar role, creating key relationships, and expanding the firm’s brand exposure throughout the industry. Most of his career was spent in a high-profile position with a private land development company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the land development deal lifecycle.

Mr. Brandies holds a degree in Architecture, a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment, and a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s license.
