Summary
Mr. Kizel is responsible for overseeing all ofour design and production activity to ensure adherence to critical deadlines and specifica-tions. He has testified on architectural and planning issues before well over one hundred Municipal and City Planning Boards. Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel in 1991, Irwin spent over fourteen years supervising the designand management of commercial, residential, institutional, laboratory and public projects for a central New Jersey Architectural Firm.
