Mr. Jarmel manages the firms engineering departments, and supervises all field activity for Jarmel Kizel. This includes Bidding and Negotiations with Construction Contractors and performing Contract Administration Services through field observation.

Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel, Richard worked for a national Engineering Firm, where he supervised major transportation projects. He was also employed as Assistant Municipal Engineer for the Township of Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
