Summary
Mr. Mihalik has experience
spanning both the public and private sectors of the building industry with
project types which including airport facilities, postal facilities, retail,
commercial, and multi-family residential. Mr. Mihalik focuses on project
delivery as a team approach as a means of meeting the client’s expectations
and project goals. Mr. Mihalik’s approach of integrating construction
management into each project ensures a successful transition from design to
construction. He is qualified as an expert witness and has testified before
Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards. In addition Mr. Mihalik is an advocate
of promoting the architectural profession in that he is currently the
President of the Newark Suburban section of the American Institute of
Architects. In this capacity he has become an advocate of promoting Green /
Sustainable design and the integration of Building Information Modeling
(BIM) technology into the profession.
