Summary
Mr.
Kizel is responsible for overseeing all of our design and production
activity, to ensure adherence to critical deadlines and specifications. He
has testified on architectural and planning issues before well over thirty
Municipal and City Planning Boards. Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel in 1991,
Irwin spent over fourteen years supervising the design and management of
commercial, residential, institutional, laboratory and public projects for a
central New Jersey Architectural Firm.
