Summary:
Mr. Witczak is the principal in charge of the Firm’s civil engineering
division and oversees the implementation of all aspects of work related to
same. This includes design of site plans, subdivisions, stormwater
management facilities, potable water and sanitary sewer improvements. His
business unit is also responsible for securing regulatory permits and
approvals for the various design projects. Prior to Joining the Firm,
Charles was a principal and department manager with a national engineering
firm
