Jarmel Kizel Gives Raritan Center A Facelift

LIVINGSTON, N.J., SEPT. 29, 2008, Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.  has been hired by the Azarian Group to perform architectural and civil engineering services for the renovation and expansion of this 60,000-square-foot retail center in Sayreville, New Jersey. The scope includes a new 10,000-square-foot Pad building, which will be utilized by The Learning Experience, a child development center, a complete renovation of the 60,000-square-foot, building’s façade and site improvements including parking lot refurbishment as well as landscaping.

Renovations to the existing 60,000-square-foot building  will include renovation to the existing façade; a facelift for the entire center; parking, lighting and landscape improvements; and a developed sign plan, including storefront sign upgrades.
