LIVINGSTON, N.J. (MARCH 3, 2009) -- Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers Inc. has completed an office fit-out for the Great American Insurance Group, a fire and casualty insurance carrier, at 50 Parsippany Rd. in Parsippany, N. J.

 

Jarmel Kizel, based in Livingston, N.J., served as architects and engineers on the 10,430-square-foot project, which involved 10 private offices; 38 work stations; a kitchenette; a multi-purpose room with folding partition; a large conference room; an information technology room; a file, copier and print room; a storage room and a reception area.

 

The office occupies a portion of the third floor of an existing building owned by the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) Local 102 Holding Corp. Great American Insurance had previously occupied office space at 500 Lanidex Plaza, also in Parsippany. About 40 people work at the claims and underwriting office.
