Verizon most recently occupied the building as office, storage and data center space. Jarmel Kizel provided the owner, Coralmay, with architecture and engineering services for the conversion of this single-occupancy industrial building into a new retail facility. Jarmel Kizel provided core and shell renovations, as well as tenant improvements to the building as part of the first phase of development. Services included schematic design, as well as architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services. Jarmel Kizel also provided civil engineering services associated with adjustments to the site plan, and designs for fit-up of the furniture store that leased the building. |
