Project Description:

Agfa, an analog and digital imaging and IT solutions company, was challenged with integrating the office of a newly acquired company into its new office space. Agfa retained Jarmel Kizel to assist in developing an architectural program for its space requirements. Utilizing Jarmel Kizel’s program as a guide, Agfa’s real estate advisors solicited lease proposals from several office building owners. While Agfa negotiating with the landlords, Jarmel Kizel developed test-fit spaces plans for each building being considered, as well as performed an engineering inspection of each building to determine if the systems met Agfa’s needs. Upon selection of a building, Jarmel Kizel further developed the design by providing interior design, and architectural and engineering construction documents. Jarmel Kizel also assisted with bidding the project to contractors and provided construction contract administration services.
