Project Description:

Jarmel Kizel was responsible for the design of 100,000 square feet of office space, an 11,000 square foot retail building, 14,000 square feet of professional retail space and a 300 car parking garage. Jarmel Kizel designed a neo-classical look for the project featuring precast concrete panels colored to match existing contextual make up of the historic neighborhood. Jarmel Kizel was also responsible for the interior fit-up of all structures which include state and county offices and retail tenants.
