Project Description:

This prestigious assignment included the renovation of the building’s lobby and showroom, which is modeled on the design standards adopted by Ford dealerships throughout the Northeast. The renovation also included an on-site café and the reconstruction of the existing executive offices. Jarmel Kizel provided architecture, interior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for this 30,000-square-foot corporate headquarters renovation. Jarmel Kizel showed its ability to renovate a Company’s existing facility within a fast-tracked schedule, while the facility remained occupied and open for business. Jarmel Kizel has completed two major renovations of this facility over the last 8 years.

Unique Project Aspects:

Jarmel Kizel worked with Ford Prestige Auto Group to coordinate the projection of the different Ford brands throughout the space. This was achieved with the unique use of architectural appointments. The brands included Volvo, Land Rover, Austin Martin, and Jaguar.
