Project Description:

In South Orange, Jarmel Kizel is currently designing a luxury mixed-use building for Candlewyck Properties. The Candlewyck will span four stories and consists of 57 luxury apartment units. The building will additionally utilize 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space on the ground floor and include a parking garage. Jarmel Kizel provided full architectural and engineering design services for this multi-family apartment building.

Unique Project Aspects:

The Candlewyck will be constructed as a new transit village, maximizing the efficiency of the South Orange landscape and in keeping with the Governor’s plan for New Jersey’s Smart Growth.
