(2001-2002 – Initial Design of Residential Condos) (design complete 2006/construction complete 2008 – Med Office Bldg) Principal-In-Charge of this revitalization project for AST Development, which went through an initial full-design and construction documents phase as a residential mixed-use condominium development, but ultimately found use as medical offices. Jarmel Kizel supplied MEP engineering design for both towers and an 875-vehicle parking garage. The first mixed-use tower, a ten-story, 125,000-square-foot building, was recently leased by Robert Wood Johnson to serve as a medical office building.
