Project Type: Restaurant / Building Renovation Project Size: 10,000 Square Feet Services Provided: Architectural Design including Space Planning and Structural Engineering Project Description: This project involved taking an existing building, formerly a Nathan’s restaurant, and converting it into a Mexican café. The existing building was demolished and a new façade and interior was constructed. The restaurant includes seating for 230 customers, bar and enclosed dining. Functional aspects also include a new kitchen and restrooms. Unique Project Aspects: Jarmel Kizel used prototype standards and reworked them to fit into the existing structure. This was unique to this project because the prototype is usually used for a new building. |
