Project Description:

Jarmel Kizel designed the repositioning of this 75,000 square foot office building. Prior to renovation, the building sat vacant for close to 10 years. The renovation included demolishing the entire building to the structural skeleton, installation of a new curtain wall, roof and HVAC system. Stairs and toilet rooms were relocated to facilitate multi-tenant occupancy. A new lobby was designed and elevator cabs and controls were renovated. Upon completion of the base building, Jarmel Kizel designed tenant improvements.

Unique Project Aspects:

The building repositioning was accomplished without a need for site plan approval.
