Project Description:

Jarmel Kizel designed the renovation of this 30 year old building for Motorola. Renovations included a complete rehabilitation of the building with the demolition and reconstruction of the interior, the installation of a sprinkler system, new fire alarm, ADA renovations, chiller replacement and installation of a generator.

Unique Project Aspects:

The project included a cafeteria, fitness center and electronic test laboratories that are utilized for quality control testing of cellular phones.
