Project Description:

Jarmel Kizel, on behalf of our client, designed two pad buildings at their Oak Ridge Plaza shopping center on Berkshire Valley Road in Jefferson, NJ. The site included a 130,000 square foot shopping center anchored by A&P. The retail pad sites included a new 12,000 square foot CVS and an 8,000 square foot strip building which was fit up for McDonalds and Blockbuster. In addition to the pad sites, Jarmel Kizel completed interior fit up of all retail tenants within the shopping center, which included Franks Pizza, Tan Addicts, Cricket, and Subway.
