Jarmel Kizel successfully created a design solution for an under performing, unmarketable 230,000 square foot office/warehouse facility. Originally retained by Express Scripts Corporation (ESI), Jarmel Kizel was charged with the assignment of scaling ESIís office, warehouse and production facility occupancy back from 230,000 square feet to 45,000 square feet of just office and developing a plan to reposition the inflexible building into a desirable asset for sale and lease back. After carefully studying the facility, its location and local market trends, Jarmel Kizel recommended that ESI demolish 80,000 square feet of warehouse and production pharmacy space and construct a parking lot in its place. This plan allowed the building to be converted to a Class A facility with adequate parking.
