Jarmel Kizel designed lobby and public space renovations for this 98,240 square foot building. Upon completion the buildings owner was able to lease two floors to McElroy, Duetsch and Mulvaney. Jarmel Kizel also designed McElroy, Duetsch and Mulvaney’s tenant improvements.
