----At 75 Holly Hill Road in Greenwich Connecticut Jarmel Kizel developed a new concept for the lobby’s sky lit four-story atrium that led to the culmination of several leases for the buildings owner. This “Class A” building’s new lobby design included a concierge desk, distinctive wood and fabric wrapped wall panels, new upgraded carpeting with a unique graphic design and decorative lighting which play off the natural light that floods the atrium.
