Project Description:

On behalf of Connell Realty, Jarmel Kizel designed the repositioning of this 25 year old, 400,000 square foot office building. Building upgrades included a complete renovation of the buildings four story atrium lobby. The lobby renovation included original floors, glass handrails, an ornamental stair and water feature. Other building renovations included a new cafeteria and tenant improvements for the Connell Company.
