Project Description
Jarmel Kizel was
responsible for designing two out of the six buildings on the Bear Stearns
Whippany, New Jersey campus, as well as the interior fit-up of over 200,000
square feet of office and data space and an addition to the campus’ power
house for a new generator. Jarmel Kizel also designed the restacking of the
balance of the campus, 400,000 square feet.
Unique Project Aspects
The Bear Stearns campus
is serviced by 10.5 mega watts of power and includes over 100,000 square
feet of data center. Fire suppression systems for the data center include
Preaction, FM 200 and Intergen.
