PLANNING AND DESIGN HIRES SEBASTIANO PULVIRENTI, PE, AS ASSOCIATE
LIVINGSTON, N.J. (APRIL 16, 2007) —Jarmel Kizel Witczak Land Planning and
Design, LLC, a division of Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.,
continues its expansion with the addition of Sebastiano Pulvirenti, PE, as
associate. In this capacity, Pulvirenti will be responsible for managing and
designing civil engineering projects, which will include the preparation of
site plan documents for end users and developers. He will also act as an
expert witness and testify before municipal planning and zoning boards.

Prior to joining Jarmel Kizel, Sebastiano was employed by Taylor Wiseman &
Taylor and Schoor Depalma. He is a licensed professional engineer and holds
a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology-Newark College of Engineering.

partnership with Charles J. Witczak III, PE, PP, PLS, and Jarmel Kizel
Architects & Engineers. This recently formed subsidiary offers civil
