JARMEL KIZEL SELECTED AS
ARCHITECT FOR NEW 14-STORY CONDOMINIUM BUILDING IN UNION CITY, NEW JERSEY
UNION CITY, N.J. (APRIL 2, 2007) — Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
has been appointed by H&C Development to provide architecture and
engineering design services for 3312 Hudson Avenue in Union City, New
Jersey. This 14-story, multi-family condominium building, which is currently
under construction, will feature 155 one- and two-bedroom units with below
surface parking for 117 cars. CM & Associates is providing construction
management services.
Jarmel Kizel’s Irwin Kizel, AIA, PP is serving as principal in charge and
George Olear as project manager.

Jarmel Kizel’s responsibility on this project includes providing an array of
architectural, interior and engineering services. Engineering services
include structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
design. On the interior side, Jarmel Kizel’s interior design department
developed finishes and designs for the building’s common areas of lobby and
corridors as well as standard finishes for residential units. The client was
able to hire one firm to provide all the necessary design services for this
project.
