JARMEL KIZEL COMPLETES TWO
ASSIGNMENTS ON BEHALF OF GUSSCO IN CEDAR GROVE, NJ, AND NEW YORK CITY
LIVINGSTON, N.J. (FEBRUARY 20, 2007) —Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers,
Inc., recently provided architecture, interior design and engineering
services for the renovation of two projects on behalf of its client, Gussco,
a leader in the office filing and storage industry.
The first assignment included a 153,000-square-foot project at 11 Cliffside
Drive in Cedar Grove. Gussco purchased the 133,000-square-foot facility and
retained Jarmel Kizel to design a 20,000-square-foot addition and interior
fit-up of the entire 153,000-square-foot facility. The facility includes
manufacturing, warehouse and office space. Gussco will be consolidating its
operations in Garfield, New Jersey, and Brooklyn, New York, to this
facility. The Walsh Company represented Gussco as project manager and
oversaw the design and construction of the facility.
The second assignment included the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot office
facility located at 33 West 19th Street in New York City for Gussco’s
corporate headquarters.
