JARMEL KIZEL APPOINTED FOR A&E
ASSIGNMENT FOR ROXBURY 2002, LLC IN LEDGEWOOD, NEW JERSEY
LEDGEWOOD, NJ, OCTOBER 10, 2005 —Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
has been appointed to provide architecture and engineering services for
Hampshire Management (Roxbury 2002, LLC), as they relate to tenant
improvements for Philips Electronics at One Samsung Way in Ledgewood, New
Jersey.
On behalf of the owner, Jarmel Kizel will prepare a space plan and
construction documents to meet the needs of Philips Electronics. Once
completed, Philips will use this 234,000-square-foot facility for office and
warehouse functions. The Hampshire Companies will manage the facility.
Jarmel Kizel will provide designs for One Samsung Way including a dramatic
lobby, main large conference room and office space including new offices,
conference rooms, workstations, amenity spaces, storage areas and all common
areas.
