SEVERAL MULTI-FAMILY ASSIGNMENTS THROUGHOUT NEW JERSEY
LIVINGSTON, NJ, AUGUST 8, 2005 —Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc.,
has announced the completion of several multi-family real estate assignments
throughout New Jersey. Jarmel Kizel is one of New Jersey’s fastest growing

Multi-family assignments recently completed by Jarmel Kizel include:
• Essex Commons in Jersey City, New Jersey: Jarmel Kizel provided full
architecture and engineering design services for this seven story,
90,000-square-foot residential building. The building includes seventy units
ranging from low-rise town homes to one-, two- and three bedroom apartments.
The design also included a covered parking area, health spa and gymnasium.
• Cadlewyck Apartments in South Orange, New Jersey: Jarmel Kizel provided
full architectural and engineering design services for this four-story
luxury condominium and ground floor retail project. The facility includes
fifty seven one and two bedroom luxury condominiums and 10,000 square feet
of retail space, which is adjacent to the recently renovated South Orange
train station and across the street from the South Orange Performing Arts
Center (SOPAC).
• French and Somerset Street Development in New Brunswick, New Jersey:
Jarmel Kizel is currently providing architectural and engineering design
services for two mixed use towers and parking garage on French and Somerset
Streets in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The developer is AST Development. The
two mixed use towers will include 100 units with residential condominiums,
retail space on the ground floors and approximately 60,000 square feet of
Class A office space. The parking garage, which is conveniently located
between the two towers, will feature over 850 vehicle spaces. Jarmel Kizel
is lead architect for the project providing design direction to the team
which includes Tim Haas Associates on the parking garage and Yezzi
Associates on the Somerset Street tower. Jarmel Kizel is the architect for
the French Street tower and engineer for both towers.
