MIXED-USE PROJECT IN WOODRIDGE, NJ
WOODBRIDGE, NJ, JULY 5, 2005—Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has
been awarded the commission for the design of a single-story,
14,000-square-foot, mixed use building in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The
development project, which is currently in the approval process, is owned by
Prominent Properties.
Situated across from Woodbridge’s City Hall, at the interchange of Berry and
Rahway Avenues and Main Street, this new building will house a Learning
Experience (11,000 sf) and a Coldstone Creamery (1,500 sf), with 1,500
square feet remaining for retail use.
Jarmel Kizel provided architecture and engineering services for this project
as well as assisted in obtaining site plan approvals and design and
construction plans.
The Jarmel Kizel team of Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, principal and John
Zietkiewicz, project leader, is managing this project. Jarmel Kizel has
previously designed several other facilities for the Learning Experience.
