SUMITA SANYAL AWARDED JARMEL
KIZEL ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS, INC. SCHOLARSHIP AT NJIT
LIVINGSTON, NJ, JUNE 13, 2005 — Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
has announced that Sumita Sanyal of Moonachie, New Jersey is the recipient
of Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. annual scholarship at the New
Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).

Jarmel, AIA, MBA, Principal of Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
“She has displayed academic excellence, unparalleled energy, enthusiasm and
leadership in pursuance of her Architecture degree. Jarmel Kizel is pleased
to be continuing to work closely with NJIT to promote and invest in the next
generation of leaders in the Architectural field.”
Sumita Sanyal is entering her fourth year as an Architecture student at NJIT.
Jarmel Kizel established a $25,000 endowed scholarship fund in 2001 to award
$2,500 a year to a third or fourth year student of the New Jersey School of
Architecture. The award is based on academic excellence, community
involvement, student leadership and design innovation. Jarmel Kizel employs
many alumni of NJIT and Matthew Jarmel, along with being an alumnus, also
chairs the School of Architecture’s Dean’s Council and sits on the school’s
Board of Visitors.

development, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) plays a critical role
