RENOVATION AND BUILDING ADDITION FOR LIVINGSTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL
LIVINGSTON, NJ, APRIL 18, 2005 —Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc.,
recently completed a building renovation and addition for The Livingston
Animal Hospital, which is located at 619 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in
Livingston, New Jersey. Leading this assignment was Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA,
MBA, principal and William S. Mandara, Jr., AIA, Associate, served as
project architect.
Jarmel Kizel provided all architecture and engineering services for the
renovation of this animal hospital, which included improved exam rooms, an
operating room, business offices and a reception area. The building addition
features three additional exam rooms, discharge/consultation room, expanded
office area, new entrance and exit for patients, larger pharmacy area and a
staff lounge.
