SEVERAL ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE STATE OF NJ
LIVINGSTON, NJ, MARCH 28, 2005 —Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc.
has announced the completion of several assignments on behalf of the State
of New Jersey’s Department of Property Management and Construction. In
addition to its long history of serving the State of New Jersey, Jarmel
Kizel excels in design and engineering assignments across several market
segments.

State work assignments recently completed by Jarmel Kizel include:
• The removal and replacement of PCB transformers at Greystone Psychiatric
Hospital in Greystone Park in Morris County.
• The design of a new Health Command Center and generator at the Health and
Senior Services building in Trenton.
• The renovation of office space at the Offices of Children’s Services in
Trenton.
• The facility realignment and a wiring upgrade to the Motor Vehicle
Services building in Trenton. This project was over 300,000 square feet in
area.
• An on-call contract with the Justice Department in Trenton, which includes
the design of a Shark Server Room.
• A design of a new roof at the Department of Corrections building in
Trenton.
• In addition to the above projects Jarmel Kizel has recently been awarded
agency consulting agreements with the DPMC and Juvenile Justice Commission.
