LIVINGSTON, NJ, FEBRUARY 21, 2005 —Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
of Livingston, New Jersey continues its strong presence in the retail
marketplace, having recently provided architecture and engineering services
at two Calvin Klein stores for Phillips-Van Heusen. The outlet stores
located near Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Hagerstown, Maryland are part of a
national expansion program for Calvin Klein. Richard Jarmel, PE, principal,
and Damian Melo, project manager, spearheaded this assignment.
The prototype stores required architectural and MEP design services by
Jarmel Kizel. Richard Jarmel stated, “This exciting project required our
staff of architects and engineers to develop architectural construction
documents utilizing Phillips-Van Heusen’s Calvin Klein prototype design.
