DESIGN STORES FOR VILLA PIZZA AND CASA JAVA
LIVINGSTON, NJ, JANUARY 10, 2005—Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
was recently appointed to provide architecture and engineering services for
the Villa Pizza/Casa Java franchise. Owned and operated by Villa
Enterprises, the franchise also operates the Everything Yogurt Brands, which
include Greenleaf’s Grille, Treat Street, Everything Yogurt & Salad Café,
and South Philly Steaks & Fries.
Jarmel Kizel will be providing architecture and engineering services for
Villa Enterprises, which will include retail rollout services. Current
projects include a Villa Pizza in Des Moines, Iowa and a Casa Java in the
Port Authority bus terminal in New York City.
The Jarmel Kizel team of Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA, principal, and Damien
Melo, project manager, is leading these projects.
