ISS DRIVES SPACE SOLUTION FOR
ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR
WAYNE, NJ, OCTOBER 31, 1999-
The ISS Architectural Group, Inc. has added Enterprise Rent-A-Car to their
distinguished client roster. Irwin H. Kizel, AIA, PP, Principal, recently
completed an interior and exterior renovation of an Enterprise facility
located at 155 Route 23 North in Wayne, New Jersey. Saddleback Management
Corporation owns the 30,000 square foot facility.
On behalf of Enterprise, ISS completed site plan modifications, space
planning, construction documentation and partial contract administration.
The 25-year old facility was renovated to house Enterprise's regional
management, sales and training facilities, along with a maintenance shop.
ISS was able to turn this unforgiving concrete structure into a showcase of
functional design and modern amenities including all new HVAC systems, an
elevator, lighting and structural modifications. The facility also contains
a new training facility, new toilets and the entire interior areas were
completely renovated to meet Enterprise's needs. Exterior renovations
included new windows, roof and parking lot and driveway modifications.
