MACK-CALI TURNS TO ISS FOR
OFFICE SPACE DESIGN
PARSIPPANY, NJ, NOVEMBER 14,
1999- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation has selected The ISS Architectural Group,
Inc. to design their new management and marketing office at Arbor Circle
South in Parsippany. The office will house Mack-Cali's management and sales
team for their Parsippany campus which includes over five Class A office
buildings and many acres of undeveloped land. Marvin Jarmel, President, was
responsible for providing Mack-Cali with complete space planning, interior
design and construction documentation services. The office suite contains
display areas for building models and integrates the elements of the base
building's design. Arbor Circle South is a 215,265 square foot Class A
building.
ISS has also recently completed several tenant fit-ups for Mack-Cali on the
campus. These included Hyperion Communications, The Ayco Company and Parke
Davis. Mack-Cali is a long-term client of ISS.
