ISS COMPLETES PSEG ENERGIS
FACILITY IN WOODBRIDGE
AUGUST 29, 1999- The ISS
Architectural Group has recently completed the space design for the PSEG
Energis facility located at 400 Thornall Street in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
The natural gas retailer utilizes this space as a marketing and sales
office. The building is owned by M. Alfieri & Co.
PSEG Energis had sought a unique look for this office. While there was
limited space available, PSEG Energis was determined to distinguish this
office from all other facilities they occupied. The company has already
occupied space at 499 Thornall and consolidated two other locations into
this office.
The ISS solution was to utilize a hexagon design throughout the PSEG Energis
offices which incorporated high-end and flexible finishes throughout the
work stations, perimeter offices, training rooms, library and cafeteria. The
hexagon work stations allowed for each employee to customize their offices
with private coat closets, bookshelves, desktop and overhead storage
structures. ISS provided PSEG Energis with Space Planning, Interior Design
and Construction Documentation Services.
