Currently, ISS is completing Ellen Tracy locations in Hilton Head, South
Carolina and Clinton, Connecticut and has recently been awarded facilities

in Solvang, Nappa, Cabazon, California; Manchester, Vermont; Woodbury, New

ISS has created an extremely cost and time efficient program for Ellen Tracy
which enables the retailer to open new stores in the most expedient manner.
ISS formulated a pre-purchased contract system with all of the suppliers
involved in the Ellen Tracy store set-up, including custom millwork,
carpeting, lighting fixtures and floor covering vendors as well as shipping
companies who ensure these stores maintain a consistent design scheme and
open on time and on budget. This ingenious system allows ISS to focus on
store design while ensuring all of Ellen Tracy's high standards are met.
