ISS BUILDS ON LONG-TERM
RELATIONSHIP WITH SALOMON SMITH BARNEY
AUGUST 1, 1999- For more than
nine years, The ISS Architectural Group, Inc. and Salomon Smith Barney have
enjoyed a successful working relationship. ISS provides Salomon Smith Barney
with architectural, interior design and space planning services for their
branch office networks throughout the East Coast. As a result of Salomon
Smith Barney's continual and substantial expansion, ISS has recently
completed the design of four facilities in New Jersey and is working on an
additional four projects for the financial services giant throughout New
Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
Recent New Jersey branch offices completed by ISS on behalf of Salomon Smith
Barney include a 15,000 square foot office at Mack Cali Corporate Center in
Roseland; a 15,000 square foot office at Gale & Wentworth's 400 Campus Drive
in Florham Park; a 5,000 square foot office at Crossroads Business Center in
Bedminster; and a 12,000 square foot office at 120 Albany Street in New
Brunswick. Current projects in progress include branch offices in
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Danvers and Waltham, Massachusetts; Hartford,
Connecticut; and Sea Girt and Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
