JARMEL KIZEL COMPLETES
36,000-SF IN TENANT FIT-UPS
AT MIXED-USE CAMPUS IN MAHWAH, NEW JERSEY
MAHWAH, NJ (OCTOBER 30, 2006) — Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc.
recently completed tenant fit-up work on behalf of AMB Property Corporation,
a leading global developer and owner of industrial real estate, at 750
Corporate Drive in Mahwah, New Jersey. Irwin Kizel, AIA, PP, principal,
served as principal-in-charge of this assignment and George Olear served as
project manager. Hollister Construction Services served as construction
manager for the project.
The completed fit-up, which encompassed 15,000 square feet of office and
21,000 square feet of warehouse space, was for Glenmark Pharma, a
pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The renovations included upgrades to
building mechanical systems and more modern designs.
750 Corporate Drive is situated within Mahwah Corporate Center, a
four-building, 358,371-square-foot mixed-use campus, which is owned and
managed by AMB Property Corporation, a long-time client of Jarmel Kizel.
