JARMEL KIZEL COMPLETES FIT-UP

WEICHERT REALTORS IN MASSACHUSETTS
NORWELL, Mass. (OCTOBER 23, 2006) – Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers,
Inc. takes pride in its long-standing relationships with clients, such as
Weichert Realtors, which just utilized Jarmel Kizel for a fit-up assignment
at 120 Longwater Drive in Norwell, Massachusetts.
With over 30 projects already completed on behalf of Weichert Realtors,
Jarmel Kizel renovated the 25,000-square-foot first floor of the two-story,
50,000-square-foot building, which will serve as a new sales office for the
company. Jarmel Kizel provided all architecture, engineering and interior
design services for this project, including installation of a new elevator,
sprinkler system and fire alarm system. Jeffrey Ingerson acted as project
manager on behalf of Jarmel Kizel.

Weichert, and our successful track record in completing these projects in a
timely manner, were key factors in this assignment, This project is an
