AND ENGINEERING FOR VELOCITY SPORTS PERFORMANCE CENTER IN PARSIPPANY, NJ
Exciting New Sports Business Concept is Rapidly Expanding in the Northeast
LIVINGSTON, NJ (SEPTEMBER 19, 2006) —Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers,
Inc., recently completed design and engineering services for a new,
15,000-square-foot Velocity Sports Performance center, a fast-paced new
sports business concept, at 5 Eastmans Road in Parsippany, New Jersey.
This new facility for Velocity Sports Performance was previously an old
industrial building, which was rehabbed into this new state-of-the-art
sports training facility. For this project, Jarmel Kizel obtained all use
variances, as the property had to be rezoned, provided engineering services
for all new mechanical systems, and provided architectural design for turf,
track and hard court areas, as well as weight areas, physical therapy rooms,
office space and common areas for employee use.
